Property:

1. Very good solubility, It can be diluted in three times water. The solution can keep stable without adding other additives.

2. Anionic type, acid endurable, can be used in one bath of anionic and nonionic surfactant.

3. To be unendurable to the heavy metal ion such copper, iron, etc. Unsuitable to be used in one bath of cationic dyestuff and surfactant.

Application:

1. Whitening agent for cotton fabric and its blend.

2. Whitening agent for white pattern in discharge printing of cellulose fabric

3. Whitening agent for light colored cellulose fiber. Process:

1.exhausting whitening process: BBU: 0.02-0.2% (o.w.f.), bath ratio: 1:10-30, dyeing temperature: 40℃-100℃； Na2SO4: 0-10g/l., temperature: 40-100℃, 20-40min, Dry, Curing.

2. Padding Process: BBU: 0.2-0.8g/l, PH: 4-9, speed of the squeeaer:30-40 meters/min.

Packing and storage: 20kgs or 50kgs per cardboard drum lined with PE bag. BBU should be stored under cool, dry and shady condition.
